The following steps will guide you on how to arrange the Stone Discs appropriately:

1. Right Stone Disc: Rotate once.
2. Left Stone Disc: Rotate thrice.
3. Bottom Stone Disc: Rotate twice.
4. Right Stone Disc: Rotate twice.
5. Left Stone Disc: Rotate twice.
6. Top Stone Disc: Rotate twice.
7. Left Stone Disc: Rotate twice.
8. Right Stone Disc: Rotate once.

Once this is done, a door will open up, letting you move to the Selunite Outpost. This location serves as the point of origin of the Underdark. After taking the stairs, you’ll have unlocked the “Underdark – Selunite Outpost” waypoint.
