Apex Legends Season 21 is the next major update for the free-to-play title, which is set to bring a brand new Legend leaked as Alter after Season 20 skipped a new character introduction.
Dataminers have been hard at work to uncover details about this new Season 21 Legend Alter. Here’s everything we know about the new Legend coming to Apex Legends in Season 21, including the leaked Alter abilities.
Apex Legends Alter teasers & leaks
Alter is the new leaked Legend that dataminers believe is arriving in Apex Legends Season 21.
The leaked Legend is said to be in the Skirmisher class, and the datamined image of the character lines up with the accidental reveal of Alter during the Season 20 devstream. The devstream revealed the Legend’s icon and class, which both match up to the leaks, adding credibility to Alter being the Season 21 Legend.
As Season 20 winds down, teasers for Alter have been plastered across all promotional pages and trailers for Apex Legends, including the Urban Assault Collection Event.
Green graffiti can be seen on all things Apex Legends at the moment, and a lobby screen teaser even shows something hitting drinks out of MRVN’s hand, which many believe to be associated with Alter.
Leaked Apex Legends Alter abilities
Apex Legends leaks also revealed the following abilities for Alter:
- Gift from the Rift:
- Can remotely interact with a deathbox to claim one item. Cannot be armor.
- Void Passage:
- Creates a portal passageway through a surface.
- Void Nexus:
- Create a regroup point that all allies can remotely interact with to open a phase tunnel back to that location.
Keep in mind that these are just Apex Legends leaks, and nothing has been confirmed by Respawn Entertainment, so take these abilities for Alter with a pinch of salt.
