What is the Power Level for the Destiny 2 Lightfall Root of Nightmares Raid?
At the time of writing, the recommended Power Level for the Lightfall Raid has not been confirmed by the developers. It’s likely that we won’t get this information until right before the Raid begins.
Since there are 10 days available to explore the Lightfall expansion’s content, players will have ample time to hit that Power Level ahead of the Raid’s start time. We will also see Contest Mode enabled so that everyone is equally matched for the first 48 hours.
Destiny 2 Lightfall Root of Nightmares Raid gameplay and location details
The devs haven’t revealed concrete details about the gameplay and location of the Root of Nightmares Raid. A teaser explains: “Ferried from an unknown time and place, a haunting presence has been detected. We must now confront the ancient threat growing at our doorstep.”
It’s possible that this Raid might be set in Neomuna, serving as the first piece of endgame content for this new location. Since Calus is important to the story, players may have to battle Cabal or a different enemy type. We’ll be sure to update you once we know more.
