Pokemon Scarlet & Violet players shocked by trainer’s “insane” shiny Alcremie haul
The Pokemon CompanyAlcremie is a unique Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet DLC as it has the most forms in the entire franchise and getting them all is extremely difficult. But a trainer has achieved the jaw-dropping feat of obtaining every single Alcremie form, including the shinies, in less than a day.
With several Pokemon returning to the Indigo Disk DLC, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players are grinding the game to add all available species to their collection.
But to ensure a complete Pokedex, trainers don’t just need to catch every Pokemon but also their shinies and different forms. While this isn’t too big of a challenge for most species, getting all these additions for one particular Pokemon is a nightmare.
Alcremie has a whopping 126 different variants (including the shinies) that need to be caught to fill its entire Pokedex entry. While most fans take months to get the job done, a trainer has collected all Alcremie forms in less than a day.
A user named ‘DrMrStark’ posted on Reddit about their incredible haul of catching all forms and shinies of the popular Pokemon in the Indigo Disk DLC as they captioned: “All the Alcremie. All. of. them.”
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet fans in the comments section were in disbelief and lauded the OP for their achievement.
Comments included: “Mother of god, I was planning on doing only one shiny for each candy, but this? A shiny for every cream type AND candy? I bow down to the Alcremie master” as well as “Congrats! That’s a huge achievement.”
If that wasn’t impressive enough already, the OP revealed that they took “a little more than 12 hours working with the outbreaks from the event” to get all Alcremie forms and shinies. “That’s actually so insane lol,” a user replied.
For those unaware, there are nine different varieties of Alcremie and seven sweets to give to each, resulting in 63 different forms. Adding the shiny versions of each of the 63 forms, fans ultimately need to get 126 Alcremie additions to their Pokedex.
While the OP got the entire shiny haul from outbreaks, they mentioned how to get all the sweets necessary for the different forms. “Thanks to the club room, an unlimited amount… but you have to randomly get them from the machine,” they explained.
