The Niantic Campfire app can be useful for filtering Raid information and showing you where special PokeStops (Spiritomb, Kecleon, and Gimmighoul) are located, so having it ready for the event sounds like a good option for all players.

Fireblaze also explained that only participants in the Live Event will be able to catch the Lake Trio: Uzie, Mesprit, and Azelf. And that the debut of White Striped Basculin won’t necessarily mean that you can catch and evolve this Pokemon into Basculegion just yet.
