You can get Mienshao by evolving Mienfoo at level 50 in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC.

Mienshao is not available as a wild spawn in the game but you would be glad to know that Mienfoo is always found over level 50 in the wild. So, you can evolve Mienfoo to Mienshao immediately after catching it in the game.

Mienshao has a high Attack stat of 125 and a great Speed stat of 105 alongside a range of powerful moves such as Close Combat, Drain Punch, Swords Dance, and Stone Edge among others. This makes it a strong attacker in your all your battles through Kitakami Island.
