Incarnate Form Landorus in Pokemon Go

Landorus is back in Pokemon Go with new 5-Star Raids, so here’s everything you need to know, including dates, weaknesses, and best counters.

Pokemon Go players have a new Legendary Pokemon to keep an eye on this week with the return of Landorus to 5-Star Raids. The last member of the Forces of Nature trio is finally back in Pokemon Go for a limited time.

We’ll cover everything there’s to know about Landorus’ 5-Star Raids, including tips, counters, and shiny availability.

How to get Landorus in Pokemon Go

The only way to get Landorus in Pokemon Go is by defeating it in its 5-Star Raid and catching it afterward. This is a great chance for players that weren’t around when Landorus debuted in the mobile game.

The new 5-Star Raid will also help many players complete a Special Research quest that demands a snapshot of the Abundance Pokemon. Some Legendary Pokemon return to the game after a while with easier challenges or special events, but this is the only way to get Landorus at the moment.

The Landorus 5-Star Raids are taking place from April 11 to April 17 in Pokemon Go.

Landorus will headline 5-Star Pokemon Go Raids from April 11 to April 17, 2023.

Can Landorus be shiny in Pokemon Go?

Shiny Landorus is available in Pokemon Go. The shiny rate for this Legendary Pokemon is very low, so players might have to participate in many Raids to get one.

All Landorus weaknesses & best counters in Pokemon Go

Landorus is a dual Flying and Psychic-type Pokemon, which means it’s weak against Water and Ice-type moves. On the other hand, it can easily resist Fighting, Poison, Bug, Ground, and Electric-type attacks, so you should avoid those categories.

It’s recommended to face this 5-Star Raid with at least four high leveled trainers, but it can also be attainable with a group of 7 to 10 lower-level Pokemon Go players with the right counters.

Keep in mind that Landorus’ moveset can include Ground, Rock, Fighting, and Dragon-type attacks, so avoid bringing any Pokemon that’s weak against those categories, like pure Ice types.

Considering every factor, some of the best counters for this Raid include Kyogre, Mamoswine, Weavile, Glaceon, Jynx, Mewtwo, Swampert, Articuno, Feraligatr, Walrein, Lapras, and Regice.
