- As an Electric type, Univolt is weak against Ground-type Pals. Water-type Pals, however, are very weak against Univolt and won’t be able to survive its attacks for long.
- After reducing the boss’s health to 200, bring back your Pals and use ranged weapons to deal damage, but make sure to not kill it. Avoid headshots as they can deal more damage than expected and ruin the chances of catching.
- Bring plenty of Mega and Giga Spheres to catch the boss and ideally, you should start throwing them at health below 50. Using Hyper Spheres for a Lv. 31 boss might be a stretch and Pal Spheres will be very ineffective, so Mega and Giga Spheres are your safest bet.
- If your Pals don’t know Ground-type moves, use a Skill Fruit to teach them.
