The revamped NBA 2K24 MyTEAM Season Pass

NBA 2K24 Season Pass rewards

The first thing announced by the devs is that there will be a significant change regarding the level 40 reward during Seasons 1 and 2 of NBA 2K24. In this new installment, the top players’ rewards in MyTEAM will max out at Diamond rating (92-94 overall). This change will help players build high-rated teams faster.

The new way to progress the NBA 2K24 MyTEAM Season Pass

The dev team has changed the way you earn XP in NBA 2K24 MyTEAM mode. Previously, the only way to earn XP was by completing daily, weekly, and event objectives. Now, players will also be able to earn experience simply by playing matches; it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, you will receive a certain amount of Season Pass XP at the end of each match.

They also announced that for the first time in the franchise, they will hold Double-XP Limited Time Events across all the modes. They also introduced Dynamic Goals, a new way to earn additional XP by completing daily objectives, such as scoring a number of points in a game using a specific player.

New Player Market in NBA 2K24 MyTeam

In NBA 2K24, the devs will introduce a new player market that will replace the Auction House and the high prices set by other users. In this way, 2K Games aim to make your favorite players more accessible and, at the same time, available for purchase.

They also announced a Deal of the Day, which, as the name suggests, will offer NBA 2K24 MyTEAM players a discounted random player offer for one day, saving you some VC or MT Coins.

NBA 2K24 MyTEAM: New Salary Cap mode

Salary Cap games will be played in a brand-new format, pretty similar to the recent All-Star games end. Utilizing a two-half game setup, you will compete in the first half in a regular 6-minute period, trying to build the biggest lead you can. At halftime, the game changes to a fixed score ending, and the first team to reach that target score gets the win.

This new game mode will be available as one of the Unlimited modes, which means that it can only be played online against other NBA 2K24 MyTEAM users.

NBA 2K24 MyTEAM: New Shattered Prizes

Shattered Prizes are Player Cards or another reward that has been shattered and spread across MyTEAM. Players must search for their hidden pieces and reassemble the prize to keep it for themselves. These pieces can appear in many different places, including as various mini-game rewards.
