How to complete Simba’s Hakuna Matata quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Pride of the Valley update is here along with our beloved Simba and Nala. Once you have unlocked Simba, you can begin his line of quests. Here is how you can complete Simba’s Hakuna Matata quest.
In Disney Dreamlight Valley, Simba is officially here. To unlock him, you need to first bring back Nala by completing the Eyes in the Dark quest. Once Nala appears in the valley, Stars to Guide Us will be unlocked. After you complete the Stars to Guide Us quest, Simba will appear in the valley. With his ceremonious return, we can finally begin his quests.
The first friendship quest for Simba is Hakuna Matata, which is unlocked after reaching Friendship Level 2. In this quest, Simba talks about missing his friends Timon and Pumba. He will also need your help to make the valley more relaxing. To do that, you will need to do a few things before you can complete the Hakuna Matata quest.
How to complete the Hakuna Matata quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Before you begin Simba’s Hakuna Matata quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, make sure to keep Peaceful Meadow unlocked as it’s an integral part of the quest. We have put together all the things you need to do to complete this quest.
- Wear a casual outfit
- Place the relaxing furniture in the Peaceful Meadow
- Place the relaxing oasis pool
How to wear a casual outfit for the Hakuna Matata quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete Simba’s Hakuna Matata quest, the first step is to wear a casual outfit. To do that, follow the below-mentioned steps.
- Open the inventory, and select the wardrobe option beneath it. There, you will find the style section.
- Hover your mouse over the casual option under it.
- You will be able to see the different types of clothing available under casuals. Pick anything you like.
- Go back to Simba who will task you with the next step.
How to place the relaxing furniture in the Peaceful Meadow in Hakuna Matata quest
Place the furniture in the Peaceful Meadow.The next step towards completing Simba’s Hakuna Matata quest is to place pieces of furniture in the Peaceful Meadow. To do this, make sure that you have freed some parts of the biome to place the furniture. Once that is done, follow the steps below.
- Open your inventory, and click on Furniture below it.
- You should be able to see Simba’s icon.
- Now all you need to do is click on it to place the furniture one at a time in the Peaceful Meadow.
- You will need to put three pieces of relaxing furniture and five pieces of landscape items to complete this step in the Hakuna Matata quest.
How to set the relaxing oasis pool in Hakuna Matata quest
Set up the pool by purchasing or trading items with Scrooge.In the final step of Simba’s Hakuna Matata quest, you need to set up a relaxing oasis pool in the Peaceful Meadow. To place the relaxing oasis pool, you will need Scrooge’s help. Below are the two ways to buy the oasis pool from Scrooge:
- You can purchase the relaxing oasis pool from Scrooge’s store by spending 9,000 Star Coins.
- Alternatively, you can buy it from Scrooge by trading the following items:
- Five Garnet gems
- Five Peridot gems
- Three Topaz gems
- Two Shiny Peridot gems
- Two Shiny Aquamarine gems
Once you purchase the relaxing pool from either of the abovementioned two methods, go to the Peaceful Meadow. Now, open the inventory, and select the furniture tab below it. You will be able to see the oasis pool there. Finally, pick a cozy spot to place the relaxing oasis pool. Talk to Simba for the last time to conclude the Hakuna Matata quest.
