How to unlock the Acid Lab business in GTA Online

To unlock the Acid Lab in GTA 5 Online, you need to get the MTL 6×6 Brickade and complete six missions that are a part of the First Dose questline that you receive from Dax. These missions are as follows:

Welcome to the Troupe
Designated Driver
Fatal Incursion
Uncontrolled Substance
Make War not Love
Off the Rails

How to get the MTL 6×6 Brickade in GTA Online

To get the MTL 6×6 Brickade in GTA Online, you need to complete the “Off the Rails” mission. Here’s how you can complete it easily:

Make your way to Humane Labs and find a way to enter the building. You can either sneak in stealthily or shoot your way inside.
Once you’re in, steal chemicals from the loading bay. But be careful, because there are guards around the area, so it’s best if you dispose of them before stealing the chemicals.
After you’ve stolen the chemicals, head out of the building, hop into your vehicle, and start making your way to the train station nearby. If you can’t find it, look for the green bag marker on your minimap.
Once you’re at the station, interact with the switch you see here. It will cause the train to switch tracks and crash.
As you make your way to the train, you will notice that the guards have called in helicopters. Destroy the helicopters and the guards before you start stealing the chemicals again.
After you’ve stolen all the necessary chemicals, you’ll be instructed to steal the truck that is on the train.
This is the MTL 6×6 Brickade. Hop into the vehicle, drive off the train, and then follow the tracks in the direction in which the train was headed.
Keep following the tracks till you come out of the tunnel and see a storm drain nearby.
Head into the storm drain, and follow the marker till you come to the warehouse.
Load the MTL 6×6 Brickade in the designated spot and the mission will end.

How to start the Acid Lab business in GTA Online

To start the Acid Lab business in GTA 5 Online, you need to:

Head into the Freakshop and start the setup mission.
An NPC named Mutt will be standing near the 6×6 Brickade. Go talk to him, and he’ll ask you to steal equipment from three warehouses.
Head to the marked locations, steal the necessary equipment and head back to Mutt in the Freakshop.
When you’re on your way back, you will be chased by armed guards. You can choose to engage in combat or just outrun them if you have a fast enough vehicle.
Once you’re back at the Freakshop, you can hand over the items to Mutt and then give him GTA$ 750,000 to set up the 6×6 Brickade.
After you do this, you will have the Acid Lab business up and running in GTA 5 Online.
