How to unlock secret Sujimancer job in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

Sujimon are back in Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth, and Ichiban can now do more than just collecting strange people. Sujimon Battles are here to stay, but Ichiban can take this outside the mini-game and become a Sujimancer himself, so here’s how to unlock the secret job.

Ryu Ga Gotoku changed its entire formula with Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, the new mainline entries in the long-running series. The game became a fully fledged JRPG, with turn-based battles, and a Job-change mechanic like in Final Fantasy that gives different skills for each character in battle.

The game is all about Ichiban’s crazy head imagining his life as an RPG, so he can become a Hero, a Magician Hobo, or even a Nightclub owner. Infinite Wealth introduces many new jobs to the fray, and the Sujimon can be a deadly weapon to use in the streets of Honolulu.

So, here’s how to unlock Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth’s only secret job, the Sujimancer.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth – Sujimancer job explained

The Sujimancer is a new optional job in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, exclusive to Ichiban, and only available to unlock during the Sujimon battle side story and mini-game.

Like a Beastmaster in the Final Fantasy series, Ichiban will use his available Sujimon to battle in the streets of Honolulu. The stronger your Sujimon are, the more unstoppable this job becomes. It’s recommended to get it as early as possible, as you can easily miss it if you don’t start the Sujimon journey.

How to obtain the Sujimancer job in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

To unlock the Sujimancer job in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, players will have to reach Chapter 4 and unlock the Sujimon battles to rank up to level 10 and defeat the first of the Discreet Four.

Once players defeat the first boss in the Sujimon Battle League storyline, Ichiban will be able to switch to the Sujimancer job.
