How to unlock all Ultimate characters in The First Descendant

There are some characters in The First Descendant who have Ultimate versions, and these versions are much stronger than their counterparts but can be tough to obtain.

There are currently six Ultimate versions of Descendants, with more coming in future updates. Here is how you can unlock each of them and find the blueprints you need for each component.

Materials to craft Ultimate Descendants

Each Ultimate Descendant in The First Descendant needs Enhanced Cells, Stabilizer, Spiral Catalyst, a Code, and Gold to unlock. Each of them requires different materials, depending on the Descendant you want to research.

How to research Ultimate Descendants

You can research and unlock Ultimate Descendants by visiting Magister Anais in Albion and bringing the required materials you need for each component.

When you speak with her, you can select ‘Descendants’ on the left side menu and choose the Ultimate Descendant you want to research. Each component will take Gold and time to research, so select the one you want carefully.

It’s important to note that even if you complete the different activities that drop Blueprints, the chance of them dropping is still low and you may need to run them again to get the part you need.

Will there be more Ultimate Descendants?

Yes, more Ultimate Descendants will be released in the future. Nexon have yet to announce who the next one will be, but we do know that they will release with the Season 1 update.
