Hi-Fi Rush was one of the most popular Xbox exclusives in 2023, and it was finally confirmed it’ll be released on other platforms. If you couldn’t get your hands on the rhythm game due to not having an Xbox or a PC, here’s when Hi-Fi Rush is coming to PS5 and Nintendo Switch.

Hi-Fi Rush stealthily dropped on Xbox Game Pass in early 2023, and since then, the game has acquired millions of players while gaining recognition around the world. The rhythm-based action title is a musical adventure with amazing visuals, stunning animations, action-packed boss fights, intriguing characters, and much more.

Many PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch users have been delighted with recent reports suggesting that Hi-Fi Rush will soon be coming to their platforms. They can also look forward to playing Grounded, Sea of Thieves, and the critically acclaimed Pentiment.

On that note, here’s everything we know about Hi-Fi Rush releasing on the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

Hi-Fi Rush PlayStation 5 release date

Hi-Fi Rush is coming to PlayStation 5 on March 19, 2024, as confirmed by Microsoft.

Hi-Fi Rush will be the second Xbox title to leave platform exclusivity, just a month after Pentiment. Grounded and Sea of Thieves will follow suit, with some of them also releasing on Nintendo Switch.

Is there a release date for Hi-Fi Rush Nintendo on Switch?

No, we don’t have a release date for Hi-Fi Rush on Nintendo Switch as of yet. The Switch is an outdated device when compared to the new-gen PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, so it’s hard to speculate how quickly the developers will port the game to the Nintendo console.

While Microsoft confirmed dates and platforms for this first set of releases, it’s not yet known if Hi-Fi Rush will launch on the Switch at all. With rumors of a Switch 2 being revealed soon, Hi-Fi Rush may be released on the new console instead.
