Helldivers 2 is one of the major releases of early 2024, and fans can now finally dive into the third-person shooter. The game is a sequel to 2015’s Helldivers, and it retains many of its predecessor elements. The core gameplay loop puts teams of up to four players on various planets to take down hordes of alien creatures.

The title supports crossplay between PC and PS5, meaning players on PC will able to squad up with those on PS5. But before you join the Helldivers, it’s best to make sure whether the game will perform nicely on your rig.

While the minimum requirements can be easily met by a broad variety of PCs, it’s recommended to have an SSD to have a smoother experience, closer to the one in PS5.
