Yes, Forza Motorsport fully supports crossplay between Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and Steam. You can tune in with your friends across all modes that support it, from Featured Multiplayer to Private Lobbies. Rivals leaderboards and Drivatars are also shared across all platforms.

Most recent Forza titles, including arcade-racer-sibling Forza Horizon, have had this feature. So, Forza Motorsport supporting crossplay isn’t particularly an outlier. 

Does Forza Motorsport have cross-progression? 

Forza Motorsport supports cross-platform saves between Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and Steam. All your saves are stored online, so you won’t lose any progress if you switch platforms. 

Forza Motorsport is always online, and you’ll need an internet connection to play anything that requires progression. This means you don’t have to worry about maintaining save files yourself.
