Fortnite Coachella collaboration

Epic Games have revealed a brand-new lineup of Fortnite cosmetics inspired by the world-famous Coachella music festival. Here’s how you can get your hands on them.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Seasons 2 has already showered players with new skins to unlock, from Super Styles for the likes of Doctor Strange to the new Assassins Creed Ezio bundle.

The next collaboration is never too far away, and Epic are showing no signs of slowing down, it seems. They’ve now unveiled a lineup of cosmetics inspired by the iconic Coachella music festival held in California.

There are boatloads of items included to celebrate the festival getting underway, so here’s everything you need to know about how to get hold of them.

Fortnite Coachella bundle release date

The first lot of Coachella skins are available in Fortnite from Thursday, April 14, at 8 PM ET | 5 PM | 12 AM GMT, with two limited edition outfits releasing at once. These will be followed up by a second batch on Thursday, April 21, at 8 PM ET | 5 PM | 12 AM GMT, when another pair of outfits will drop.

Given that the real-life Coachella festival runs from Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 24, these dates arent too surprising.

If you’re lucky enough to be attending Coachella and don’t want to miss out, don’t worry, the cosmetics will be available all the way until Monday, May 16.

Over the course of the event, tuning in to Icon Radio in any in-game vehicle will let you hear music from 30 artists included on the Coachella bill. For fans of Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, and Swedish House Mafia, this isn’t to be missed.

Both Fortnite Coachella bundles are available from the in-game Item shop, and can be purchased using V-Bucks accumulated from the Battle Pass, or purchased with real money.

We won’t know the exact pricing until the first bundle hits the store, but based on past collaborations we’d expect each one to cost 1,500 to 2,200 V-Bucks.

It’s worth noting that parts of each collection can be bought individually for a cheaper price. Again, we don’t know the exact cost breakdown yet, but it’s safe to assume that skins will be around 800 to 1,200 V-Bucks, while smaller items will be around 200 to 500 V-Bucks.
