Fortnite Miles Morales & Spider-Man 2099 release date

Epic Games have confirmed that the Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse collaboration arrived on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. The news was first revealed in a May 22 tweet, giving players their first glimpse at the Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2099 skins.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is slated to hit the theatres on June 2, so the timing is just right to cash in on the hype of the upcoming movie.

How to get Fortnite Miles Morales & Spider-Man 2099 skins

Epic Games finally confirmed Fortnite players can get both Miles Morales and Miguel O’Hara skins through the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks each.

Both characters come with back blings, and players can get more cosmetics separately in the Item Shop. Those looking to get both skins can purchase a bundle for 2,600 V-Bucks.

The new Fortnite collab includes the two new Miles Morales and Miguel O’Hara skins, two Pickaxes, two Back Blings, and a new Emote.

Miles Morales’ outfit includes the masked and unmasked versions of Earth 1610’s hero and includes the Spider-Verse Portal Back Bling. Spider-Man 2099’s outfit includes the reactive 2099 Web Cape Back Bling seen in the official promo trailer.

Players that buy the bundle will get both outfits and Back Blings alongside an Emote, Spider-Ham’s Mallet Pickaxe, and a loading screen set in Fortnite’s MEGA City.

Additionally, the new collaboration also brought back Spider-Man’s Mythic Web Shooters to the battle royale. They match the Miles Morales outfit and they’re called Spider-Verse Web-Shooters. Players will have some Web-Shooter quests to do to get the Silk & Cologne (EI8HT version) Lobby Track featuring a song from the movie.
