Season 5 of Fortnite Chapter 2 is here and there’s a lot to unpack. Epic Game has given us a look at the Season 5 Battle Pass and the exclusive skins, weapons, banners emotes, and everything else it entails.

Fornite’s Marvel-themed Season 4 has finally come to a close. With the massive battle against Galactus now concluded, it’s time for the game to move on to Season 5, which means there’s a new Battle Pass for us to dig into.

We now know that Season 5 will be Star Wars themed, and the Battle Pass displays this with The Mandalorian standing front and center. There are new skins, emotes, weapons and other fun additions to look forward to.

We’ll go over everything that’s included in Fortnite Season 5 Battle Pass.

How to progress through the Battle Pass

Just like with the previous seasons, you can get through the Battle Pass in one of two main ways. The first is to play Fortnite regularly and grind some serious XP. This is the most obvious option as it rewards you for being good at the game, as you get a nice amount of experience for each match you excel at.

If you want to speed this process up a bit then you can take a crack the weekly challenges. These will give you more XP than you would normally earn in a match, and you can keep up with these activities through our weekly challenge guides.

Playing the game is the cheapest option, but if you’re willing to spend some V-Bucks then you can get the Battle Pass instantly by purchasing it. The base price is 950 V-Bucks, which amounts to of $10. You can also spring for the 2,800 V-Buck bundle that will get you through 25 tiers for $25.

What’s in the Fortnite Season 5 Battle Pass?

We got a good look at what Season 5 has to offer thanks to some early leaks. The Mandalorian and ‘The Child’ have headlined the Battle Pass, and these characters will become available at the very start.

The Disney+ series has received mass acclaim from Star Wars fans, and now you’ll have the opportunity to take on the role of this bounty hunter. The Child will tag along as you walk through the large map and take on anyone foolish enough to get in your way.

The remaining Battle Pass skins are the other six hunters Jonesy called in to help stabilize the Zero Point, all coming with their own unique look, including an anime-style character unlike anything we’ve seen before.
