FIFA 23 World Cup Phenoms players revealed: Bellingham, Pedri, Camavinga, more
The current FIFA 23 promo called World Cup Phenoms is showcasing the best young talent in football who participated in this year’s iconic tournament in Qatar.
World Cup content will continue to hit FIFA 23’s Ultimate Team as the tournament rages on in Qatar. FUT fans received a ton of new promos including World Cup Icons and Path to Glory players who have upgrades that you can track.
The focus has shifted to football’s young talent as World Cup Phenoms will look to highlight the World Cup’s best and brightest who have their whole career ahead of them.

FIFA 23 World Cup Phenoms release date
Thanks to a FIFA 23 loading screen, EA confirmed that World Cup Phenoms started on December 9 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT.
World Cup Phenoms will be a one-week promo, with a mini-release slated for December 11. With the World Cup Team of the Tournament promo rumored for December 16, Phenoms will only last one week.
What is World Cup Phenoms in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team?
As the name would suggest, World Cup Phenoms is set to highlight the best young players at the 2022 World Cup. Each of the players was featured in a Future Stars promo of the past.
“The FIFA World Cup™ Phenoms are former Future Stars who have realised their dreams in record time, ascending to the world’s stage to make their FIFA World Cup™ debuts. The campaign celebrates the player that each Phenom is becoming as they rise from breakthrough prodigy to bonafide world-beater.”
As with any Ultimate Team promo, a major boost in stats for the featured players arrived as well.
