Diablo 4 players are not fans of the Nightmare Dungeon (NMD) loot as many have been complaining about the the items in higher-tier NMDs.

Diablo 4 Season 2 is almost over as the devs gear up for Season 3. With many expecting Season 3 to capitalize on the positive reviews Season of Blood received, players have high hopes for it.

However, players are still not satisfied with the loot and itemization in the game. Even though the devs have made several changes in Season 2 and released a ton of patches to fix loot, players are still unhappy.

Reddit user ‘FluffyPancakeLover’ posted about their issue with Diablo 4 as they claimed how they were “disappointed” with the Tier 90+ Nightmare Dungeon loot. They claimed that they were “still getting the exact same drops at T100 NMD that I got at T70+.”

Others agreed with the OP as well and many added how they would like it “if T95+ dropped 900+ gear” in Diablo 4. They even said: “This game has a horrible issue when it comes to actual upgrades.”

“I get lots of sacred drops even in WT4 on my seasonal [character]. Really annoying,” added one of the players. Although some mentioned how loot scales with Nightmare Dungeons, others claimed that it does “to a very small degree in practice.”

Most players believed that “there’s no real point” in running Tier 100+ Nightmare Dungeons in Diablo 4, as the loot is mostly unsatisfactory for many. Others claimed that every player would be happy if the loot was better.

Blizzard have addressed the loot issue quite a few times previously and enabled players to get Uber Uniques by farming Uber Duriel in D4, but players would like some more fixes and better loot in Season 3.
