Diablo 4 players claim rare Uber Unique was done “dirty” with stats
Blizzard EntertainmentDiablo 4 players are dissatisfied with one of the rarest Uber Uniques in the game as many feel the item is quite “underwhelming” compared to the others.
Diablo 4 Season 2 is in full flow and the devs are constantly releasing new content and fixes for the ongoing season. Blizzard have fixed several issues with Helltides and Living Steel in Season 2, but some players are still not happy with some items in the game.
Uber Uniques are the rarest items in Diablo 4 and are also often regarded as the strongest due to their stats. However, some players are convinced one of them is not as good as the other Uber Uniques in the game.
Reddit user ‘ZaWarudo911’ claimed that Andariel’s Visage, one of the rarest even among the Uber Uniques, felt “underwhelming” after getting it, adding that the Shako or the Harlequin Crest felt much better than Andariel’s Visage.
Other players in the thread seemed to agree with the OP as some claimed that they could not even “notice the lifesteal” mechanic of Andariel’s Visage. It has a +X% lifesteal Affix, but players claimed it felt underpowered compared to other Uber Uniuqes like the Shako.
“Because Vampiric life steal is much better, so Andy’s [Andariel’s Visage] feels super weak,” said one disappointed player. Others felt that the devs “need to add more Uber Uniques” to the game to balance these demerits out.
“I think the life steal on WT4 is only like 0.19%. Shako is much better,” said one of the Harlequin Crest fans after comparing both of the Uber Uniques in Diablo 4. With its X% Damage Reduction and +1000 bonus life, many seemed to prefer it over Andariel’s Visage.
Others felt that the devs did Andariel’s Visage “dirty” with the lifesteal in the game. “Andy’s needs a buff” claimed others who felt that the Uber Unique was not as powerful as the others.
Blizzard are yet to address this issue, but players will be hoping that their hard-earned Andariel’s Visage gets a buff soon in Diablo 4.
