Warzone’s new fastest-killing rifle outguns meta picks with “phenomenal” TTK

Picking off enemies from a distance is crucial if you want to survive in Warzone and reach the endgame, so CoD expert WhosImmortal has revealed the new fast-killing weapon in Season 2 that has a “phenomenal” long-range TTK.

The Warzone Season 2 update brought yet another major shift to the game’s meta, by introducing new guns like the BP50 and RAM-9, while also rolling out some buffs and nerfs. This left players desperately trying to figure out what the best guns are for both Urzikstan and Ranked Resurgence.

Most have flocked to the SVA 545 thanks to its versatility, while the buff to the XRK Stalker has made it the go-to Sniper Rifle.

But when it comes to time-to-kill (TTK) one slept-on rifle is the king of them all and Warzone guru WhosImmortal has urged fans to give it a try, after many of its rivals were handed nerfs.

In an upload to his channel, the YouTuber claimed that the MTZ-762 is the fastest-killing weapon in Warzone Season 2. He compared it to other meta picks, like the SVA 545 and BAS-B, and found that the Battle Rifle is “lapping everything.”

It had a “phenomenal” close-range TTK, outgunning all of its competition, but it was in the long-range that it really thrived. After a slight damage drop off at around 19 meters, from 31 meters and above it overtook the other contenders again, killing almost 50ms quicker than anything else.

Although the YouTuber did note a couple of small drawbacks, most notably the 30-Round Mag, he felt that the rifle more than makes up for it with how quickly it can drop a fully-plated enemy.

“This thing completely and utterly melts,” WhosImmortal added. “This thing, as you saw, is a beast and one of my new favorite weapons here in Season 2.”
