G3T_H1GH is a brand-new limited-time mode in MW3, and if you’re wondering about the specifics of this mode, here’s everything you need to know.

Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is adding plenty of game modes into the mix, from new playlists like Minefield and Escort to returning favorites like Capture the Flag. G3T H1GH, a new parkour mode, is another one joining the pile.

Here is everything about Get High mode in Modern Warfare 3.

When does MW3 Get High mode leave in MW3?

G3T H1GH mode is currently live in MW3 and will be available until April 22, 4:20 AM PT / 7:20 AM ET / 11:20 AM GMT. The mode went live exactly 72 hours before the said time.

It first went live on April 12 at the same above-mentioned time and was only available for 4 hours and 20 minutes. Then again on April 18, at the same time of 4:20, and was available for 24 hours.

Past this, we do not know when the mode will return, if ever. April 23 will mark the end of the Blaze Up event and since the mode is thematically tied to it, there is a high chance the mode will not return anytime soon.

While we do not expect it to return once the Blaze Up event is over, we’ll be sure to keep you posted if it is featured again, so you can check again for the latest.

MW3 Get High mode explained

MW3‘s new G3T H1GH mode is a platforming challenge where your objective is to reach the top of the map while racing against other players. The further you progress, the more points you get, and the one with the highest point wins.

Once you reach the top, a bright door awaits you, and after you make your way through it’ll teleport you back to the starting point. Then you can climb again until the timer is over and the winner is declared. If you’ve made it to the top ahead of others it is likely that you have the highest point.

Of course, going up isn’t a simple walk, you’ll have to jump, slide, and mantle your way through a series of increasingly difficult parkour challenges. These include moving platforms, rotating walkways, and whatnot.

It is set in a neon-filled void somewhere very high with no ground in sight, and if you fall off the course, you’ll have to restart it. Fortunately, there are checkpoints, so you won’t have to restart your run entirely. You can also use your gun to shoot targets that are littered around the map, but they’ll only net you XP.

Are there any rewards for playing MW3 Get High mode?

There are no regular rewards for playing G3T H1GH mode in MW3, however, you can still earn the usual XP.

Fans have so far adored Get High as it is a laid-back mode in an otherwise competitively fueled shooter, with some asking it to be rotated often or just make it permanent even. Of course, we’ll update you whenever the mode returns to MW3.
