Following the October 23 patch for Warzone, Call of Duty expert JGOD has shared the new long-range meta players should be using in the battle royale.

Warzone received a fresh update on October 23 following The Haunting event, which players have had a decent amount of time to sink their teeth into.

While The Haunting update didn’t bring any balance changes to shift the weapon meta, the October 23 patch brought some interesting nerfs to popular weapons such as the Kastov 762, TR-76 Geist, and the M13B.

After these changes, many may be wondering what the new long-range full-auto meta looks like, and luckily, JGOD has shared his two cents on the matter.

After breaking down the new TTK stats and also sharing the importance of a weapon’s accuracy percentage, the ISO Hemlock topped JGOD‘s TTK and accuracy chart.

While other options such as the Tempus Razorback, Lachmann 556, and even the nerfed Kastov 762 all put up some impressive stats, no doubt making them viable, the ISO Hemlock stood out with the best accuracy percentage and TTK’s over 25, 50, and 75 meters.

According to the Warzone expert, the ISO Hemlock is “surprisingly a really good option,” especially after the October 23 patch.

  • Barrel: Fielder-T50
  • Muzzle: Harbinger D20
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Magazine: 45 Round Magazine
  • Optic: Aim OP-V4

JGOD’s ISO Hemlock loadout in Warzone’s final update is reminiscent of previous meta set-ups for the weapon. The Fielder-T50 barrel and Harbinger D20 muzzle are going to boost the weapon’s damage range, bullet velocity, and even help with some recoil control.

The FTAC Ripper 56 is a great choice for stabilizing the weapon, while the 45 Round Magazine is a must in battle royale and the Aim OP-V4 is a solid optic choice to see your enemy nice and clear.

Definitely give this weapon a go if you’re looking for something new following the October 23 patch, as JGOD believes it’s a great choice thanks to its slower fire rate allowing you to be “very accurate” and get a faster TTK.
