Black Ops 4 Blackout features Death Voice Chat

A unique feature for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode is Death Voice Chat.

YouTuber NoahJ456 discovered in his latest game that when you kill a player in Blackout, if they have their microphone connected without being in a party, you can hear what they’re saying right after you get the kill.

Death voice chat should make for some interesting highlight clips as frustrated players being taken out will lead to some profanity, as showcased by Noah’s video in the tweet above.

Death voice chat has been a feature in MP in Call of Duty in years past, allowing players to briefly listen to the enemy after they take them out in-game. This is the first time, however, we’re seeing it in a Battle Royale game.
