Enjoying Call of Duty, including MW3 and Warzone, becomes frustrating when you’re not able to play the game entirely due to server-related issues.

Players often report problems with CoD’s servers, so if you’re wondering what the current server status is for Call of Duty games, here’s all you need to know.

Are servers down?

On June 24, Blizzard’s Support page confirmed that the Call of Duty servers including MW3 and Warzone servers will be down from 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST until 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST on PC. This is due to a “necessary datacenter maintenance primarily focused on Battle.net in the Americas region.”

This could lead Battle.net players to experience “experience limited features or services” including matchmaking, in-game purchases, or connectivity issues. We’ll be sure to update this article if any additional updates become available.

How to check server status

You can visit the Call of Duty Updates X account to check the Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone server status. This account is often the quickest to inform players when it comes to ongoing server issues.

While these are the most efficient methods to verify the MW3 and Warzone server status, players can also head to the official Activision Support page, which indicates any ongoing issues across their titles.

If you can’t play MW3 or Warzone due to a server issue, it’s also worth checking your platform’s support pages for any ongoing network issues, whether that’s PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, or Battle.net.
