Call of Duty players are calling for developers Sledgehammer Games to make some interesting changes to their Create-a-Class system in Vanguard’s Multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Vanguard’s Multiplayer Beta ended a few weeks back. Although the feedback came thick and fast, the developers have already confirmed some changes for the games release on November 5.

Having said that, despite the Beta ending September 22, the feedback is continuing within the community, and this time it is about the Create-a-Class system.

Reddit user MoodyHoundDog posted their opinion on the Vanguard Create-a-Class system stating, “More attachments should mean more class slots.”

Call of Duty: Vanguard boasts a huge ten attachment slots for every weapon, which is a crazy amount in Multiplayer. Ultimately, this player feels as if the amount of attachments means that there should be more class slots for players to utilize.

The argument is that due to the large amount of attachments players will have to go through that there should be more class slots so that players can experiment and have many classes ready to try out for matches without having to leave and spend time changing a class slot.

It’s harder with all these options now to just swap classes out. Is it too difficult to give us 15 or 20 slots so we can setup these attachment heavy weapons and just leave them alone when new weapons drop? Just a suggestion, SHG.”

Users in the comments have responded by reminiscing about when the previous Call of Duty games made players pay for extra slot classes, which was appreciated and quite cheeky from the developers.

One comment gives an excellent suggestion for what players can do if they have this issue, which may seem like a lot of work, but if you’re someone who likes to have a lot of options, this could be one for you:

“You can save your weapons in the gunsmith, though, so you can easily change it up, then just quickly load up a previous creation you had.”

Regardless of what happens to the Create-a-Class system and how many slots the developers decide to give players on release, it’s pretty interesting to see just how big the demand for more class slots in Call of Duty is.

We’ll have to wait until November 5 to see if the developers will do anything about the demand. For more, check out our article on Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies.
