Modern Warfare 2 arrives on October 28 and pre-orders are open, offering players several freebies. If those already available aren’t incentive enough, Activision have confirmed that more pre-order bonuses are still to come.

Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone are about to receive their mid-season update, then as soon as Season 5 concludes, Modern Warfare 2 will be here. Players are desperate to get their hands on Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer, with the most dedicated CoD already having the game pre-ordered.

Anyone who pre-orders Modern Warfare 2 will get early access to the open beta and the Final Judgement bundle in Vanguard and Warzone which includes an executioner-themed Lucas skin and an Automaton Blueprint, and there’s still more to come.

Vanguard and Warzone Season 4 Reloaded have been announced, bringing brand-new game modes, the Vargo-S Assault Rifle, and, finally, Vanguard Zombies camos to Warzone.

After announcing Vanguard and Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, the devs confirmed that the bundle is “one of just several instant pre-order rewards for Modern Warfare II before its official launch on October 28.”

Although the devs haven’t revealed what these bonuses will be, they’re “instant” rewards ahead of launch, so they’ll be for Vanguard and Warzone. We would expect more bundles, Operator skins, and Blueprints, but we’ll need to see what Activision have in store.

The devs also teased that a classic Modern Warfare villain will be arriving in Vanguard and Warzone “soon,” perhaps in a similar way to Woods ahead of Cold War and Kingsley before Vanguard.

This could be anyone from Al-Asad to General Shepherd, but we shouldn’t have to wait too long as they’re “coming soon.”
