Modern Warfare 2 players are not happy with the Season 4 Reloaded roadmap, which they claim is overrun with bundles that have been available in the store for weeks.

The Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded update is slated for Wednesday, July 12. While Warzone players will receive a The Boys-themed overhaul, Modern Warfare 2 players don’t have as much content to look forward to.

When it comes to Modern Warfare 2, the new MX Guardian Shotgun and Vondel Waterfront map are the two highlights that players can look forward to.

While the lack of content certainly frustrated Modern Warfare 2 fans, it seems the audacity to fill the Season 4 Reloaded roadmap with bundles has truly infuriated them, as evidenced by the below Reddit post titled: “Don’t let the clowns fool you. filling in their reloaded board with 3 bundles that have been available for weeks.”

Some eagle-eyed players discovered that the Season 4 Reloaded roadmap was not only full of bundles but that some of the bundles have already been available for weeks.

The disappointment with the lack of content amongst fans was detailed in the comments, “Padding out your ‘upcoming content’ sheet with cosmetics that have already been out for weeks just comes across as desperation,” one player explained.

Players who had hope that Season 4 Reloaded would renew their interest in the game have expressed their disappointment with the roadmap: “Highlighting bundles as seasonal content is ridiculous regardless of whether or not they’re new. But I guess that’s what the current generation of players are interested in.”

Perhaps the final Raid episode arriving with Season 4 Reloaded will provide a satisfying conclusion for players who’ve enjoyed following the extended Modern Warfare 2 story.
