For those that don’t know, the most recent Evolution Collection Event for Apex Legends Season 10 introduced Rampart’s Big Maude workshop on World’s Edge, which contains some of her modded weapons.

The Apex Legends community was gifted a lot of content in the Evolution Collection Event. Not only were players given 24 new cosmetics along with Rampart’s Heirloom, but they also got a new location on World’s Edge.

The new POI is Rampart‘s Town Takeover, Big Maude, a mobile workshop land crawler that Rampart uses to mod weapons and engineer various creations like Valkyrie’s jets.

In this location, players can actually find and obtain modded weapons to take on enemies in a colorful style, and here’s how to do so.

Unfortunately, the Apex Legends Evolution Collection Event got off to a shaky start, with players experiencing hours of server issues until Respawn finally fixed the issue.

Once players were able to get over the server issues, they could drop into World’s Edge and experience the brand new Rampart Town Takeover, Big Maude.

Where is Big Maude and what’s inside?

Big Maude is just outside of Lava City and doesn’t just contain your average loot. It’s also home to Rampart’s Apex Legends modded weapons that are locked inside of the Landcrawler.

Players can find these Apex Legends modded weapons on the bottom floor of Big Maude behind some glass cabinets. The weapons available can vary from a Rampage and R-301 to a Longbow.

These weapons are not only modded because they are a Gold rarity, meaning they come completely kitted with the best attachments but also because they shoot paintball bullets, leaving colorful splashes of paint everywhere you shoot.

As these Apex Legends modded weapons are locked behind glass windows, players will need to obtain 100 crafting materials from the material extractors and open loot bins. The loot bins will give players 5 crafting materials while the extractors will give players 25, meaning players will need to find four of them to have enough for a modded weapon.

Usually, there are extractors nearby, either at Big Maude or Lava City, so keep this in mind when landing around the area.

Luckily, all players can use these extractors, so you won’t have to worry about others stealing your crafting materials. However, the Apex Legends modded weapons can be taken by others, so make sure you loot up quickly!
