The Warzone 2 community is being plagued by cheaters that are glitching inside walls and securing free kills on players that are unable to counter their attacks.

Cheating is a serious problem faced by the Call of Duty community, and the Warzone 2 developers implemented an upgraded version of the RICOCHET anti-cheat system to combat this problem.

One way that cheaters ruin matches is by exploiting glitches to give themselves an unfair advantage. Now, reports are coming from Warzone 2 players about enemies shooting at them through the map’s walls.

In a gameplay clip posted in the Warzone 2 subreddit, Reddit user ‘iLLa556’ was getting hit by gunfire from an enemy they could not see anywhere around them. Eventually, the player was eliminated, and the kill cam showed what exactly happened.

The enemy was revealed to have glitched inside the walls of a building in Al Mazrah City and was able to take out the Redditor from above while staying out of sight. This led to iLLa556 sarcastically stating: “This is definitely not cheating.”

Since the enemy was inside the walls, there was no way for the Redditor to find them and counter their attacks. So, it gave them an unfair advantage, and many players voiced their disapproval of this tactic in the comments.

One user commented: “Cheating, exploiting, still should be punishable.” A few other players claimed that they had experienced something similar happen to them during their Warzone 2 gameplay.

A commenter explained: “I have a video of a guy being in that exact same spot. Took out three of my team. We ran our Gulag and came back. He was still in there with no one around, making me wonder if they can’t get out once they’re in there.”

Players then called for the Warzone 2 developers to make it impossible for enemies to hide inside the walls. If the devs respond to this issue then we’ll be sure to let you know.
