Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Teal Mask players beg devs for more Ogerpon masks
Game Freak/The Pokemon CompanyThe new Scarlet and Violet Legendary Pokemon in The Teal Mask is quickly gaining popularity and players are asking Game Freak for more Ogerpon masks.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players have raised their voices to ask Game Freak to add more Ogerpon masks to The Teal Mask DLC. It seems that the mask mechanic has been such a hit that the four masks and forms have been deemed insufficient.
The Pokemon Scarlet and Violet community on Reddit has been brimming with excitement since the launch of the new DLC, The Teal Mask. However, for some players, the new Legendary Pokemon Ogerpon is deserving of a little more attention.
Reddit user HertzBurst has taken it as far as to propose a new design for an Ogerpon mask, a fan-made Ghost-type one that looks quite amazing.
In response, a member of the community has said that the fan-made mask looks: “so official it’s scary!” Another Reddit user echoed the same sentiment: “This looks great! I was actually thinking the other day about what if we had a mask maker!”
It didn’t take long before more users chimed in, wondering if it would be possible to add more masks for Ogerpon in the future: “Needs more masks like Arceus plates!”
Other Legendary Pokemon like Arceus got access to special items to change their type, and there was one for each type. It wouldn’t be so strange if Game Freak decide to add more types of masks for Ogerpon in the future, but it is also unlikely that it will happen in the near future.
