When to expect new Mystery Gift codes to be released
Mystery Gift codes for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are often released with certain promos, during expos, the airing of new anime episodes, and Pokemon showcases. They also distribute certain codes during special occasions like collaborations, special announcements, and after official tournaments.
The Pokemon Company often distributes these codes via their official channels and is likely to warn players when new codes are going to be released.
A “Get via Internet” distribution started on January 11th, and players who select that option will obtain a Mythical Pecha Berry. This item is used to start The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero’s epilogue called “Mochi Mayhem” in Kitakami Island.

Players can redeem a Mystery Gift code in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet by going into the Mystery Gift tab in the Poke Portal section of the main menu. Here’s how to do it:

- Press X to open the in-game menu.
- Select Poke Portal on the right side of the menu.
- Select Mystery Gift at the bottom of the list.
- Select the method of receiving a Mystery Gift.
