A Pokemon Go player has found a wholesome secondary use for the Pokemon Go Party Play feature and has fans cracking at its usefulness.

Pokemon Go has recently rolled out a new feature called Party Play, and players are complaining about its lack of rewards. But other users are ‘making lemonade’ by finding alternative uses for the in-game group play feature.

Some of these unexpected uses include tracking down your party members through a crowd, social event, or gatherings. But a Reddit user shared this hilarious alternative use for Party play with the Pokemon Go community, and other players are finding it brilliant.

Reddit user ‘TueboEmu315’ has found a smart way to cash in this new Party Play feature in Pokemon Go: “I had my family get into a party before splitting up at the store and I was able to find them without having to call them. I absolutely love this feature hahaha!”

According to other users who also thought about this secondary utility for the in-game multiplayer mechanic, this could be a great way to avoid missing your important family members during an outing: “This. Is. Amazing. My sister never picks up her phone in the store. This 100% beats asking strangers if they saw someone who looked exactly like me walk by, and then being looked at like a crazy person (I’m a twin).”

Other users also appreciated ‘TueboEmu315’ ingenuity: “This is brilliant.” While others think that this is the funniest thing they have seen someone doing with Pokemon Go: “Hahah thanks for giving me the greatest chuckle of today!”

While it is true that the Party Play feature is still in the process of being updated and tuned up, many members of the Pokemon Go community are already enjoying it to the fullest.
