Overwatch 2 Season 9 is coming on February 13, and Blizzard has released the Season 9 trailer revealing all the cosmetics we can expect in the Battle Pass. Here is everything we know about the Season 9 Battle Pass so far.

Blizzard has promised big changes are coming in Overwatch 2 Season 9, and those promises seem to have been fulfilled in the new season launch trailer. On top of the Season 9 patch notes, we have also had a look at who will get the new Mythic skin.

The trailer revealed a few things about the season, including the theme we can expect. Here is everything we know about the Overwatch 2 Season 9 Battle Pass so far.

Overwatch 2 Season 9 Battle Pass price

Overwatch 2 Season 9 Battle Pass will cost 1,000 OW coins ($9.99/£8.39) for the regular version, based on previous seasons. 

Blizzard has not changed the price for the Battle Pass since launch, which makes us believe it should remain the same for the upcoming season. 

The regular Battle Pass at 1,000 OW coins will get players access to all 80 Tiers, as well as a 20% XP boost. Investing in the Premium Battle Pass will get you the first 20 Tiers immediately, and should cost around 2,200 OW coins ($20/£16.79).

Overwatch 2 Season 9 Battle Pass skins

The Overwatch 2 Season 9 Mythic skin has been confirmed, and it looks like Moira is getting it this time around. 

The Mythic skin is usually a Tier 80 reward on the Battle Pass and can only be earned if you buy the regular or premium version. Moira’s skin looks like it will come with three helmet options, two weapon options, and four recolor options.

Overwatch 2 Season 9 Battle Pass theme

The Overwatch 2 Season 9 Battle Pass theme was teased in the trailer, and it looks like we’ll be getting an Eldritch Horror theme for the season. 

Not only do most of the new Battle Pass skins revolve around an Eldritch Horror theme, but there’s a macabre game mode called “Cosmic Crisis,” where players will face a mysterious entity on a map with a tentacled mouth on the floor and large eyeballs are littering the walls.
