Overwatch 2 Season 9 has added a ton of new content to the Hero shooter, including a heart-shaped reticle that players can equip. On that note, here’s how you can get the heart crosshair in Overwatch 2.

Overwatch 2 has received many significant changes through the recently released Season 9 update. The most prominent ones include an overhaul of the Competitive mode, a complete rework of Pharah, and many different balance changes.

Blizzard have also introduced some new crosshairs through the latest update, and players can pick between different shapes for their reticle. The options available to players include Square, Box, Line, Triwing, Falloff, and many others.

In line with the Valentine’s Day festivities, the devs have also added a new heart-shaped crosshair. With this in mind, here’s how you can get the heart crosshair in Overwatch 2.

Overwatch 2: How to get heart reticle

Follow these steps to use the heart crosshair in Overwatch 2:

  1. Open up the Menu
  2. Select Options, and then select the Controls tab
  3. Select General from the side menu, and you should see a section for Reticle
  4. In the Reticle section, select Advanced which will open up a dropdown menu
  5. Select the Dot Type option in the menu to change the shape of your crosshair

It’s also worth looking into other crosshair settings such as color, opacity, thickness, and more. If the heart-shaped reticle messes up your aim, you can always change it at any time.
