How to gather laid eggs in Fortnite
Fortnite’s Spring Breakout event has brought new challenges for players to tackle, and here’s how you can quickly complete the Quest that requires you to gather laid eggs on the map.
There are a variety of different challenges that are frequently added to Fortnite, and completing these allows players to gain XP to level up fast and unlock brand-new cosmetic skins.
The Spring Breakout event features a challenge that tasks you with gathering laid eggs. If you’re wondering where you can find these eggs and complete this challenge then we’ve got the answer.
How to find laid eggs in Fortnite
Laid eggs can be found at any spot on the map where chickens roam, and one location that has a ton of chickens is Frenzy Fields on the south side of the island. Once you get to this location, simply follow the chicken around until it lays an egg.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Visit a location where chickens roam in Fortnite.
- Follow a chicken around.
- Wait for the chicken to lay an egg.
- Go up to the egg and press the interact button.
Chickens frequently roam around Frenzy Fields in Fortnite.The laid eggs come in three different colors and each of these has a unique effect. Green eggs replenish health, blue ones activate low gravity, and golden ones reward you with Gold Bars.
Chickens will lay eggs every 10 seconds, and you need to collect a total of ten laid eggs in order to complete this Spring Breakout challenge. Once you’ve collected ten eggs, you’ll be granted 20,000 XP.
