Helldivers 2 enemies don’t shy away from being a little disgusting, and Bile Spewers are definitely at the top for gross, tough creatures to fight against. They’re one of the most difficult challenges you can find in the Galactic War.

Not only are these Terminids a formidable enemy, but they can be tricky to find too. Why would you want to find such a terrifying enemy? As a global challenge for the community, it is necessary.

Where to find Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2

Helldivers 2 Bile Spewers can be found on any Terminid planet in the east sector of the Galaxy.

The Terminid planets where you can find Bile Spewers are Erata Prime, Fenrir III, Meridia, and Turing in the Umlaut Sector. Some Terminid sectors and planets are still locked, however, so this list will likely grow in the future.

It’s also important to keep in mind that Bile Spewers will only appear once you have completed medium or high-difficulty missions, so you may need to be a bit patient with it if you aren’t quite there yet.

How to kill Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2

The best strategy for killing Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2 is focusing your fire on their glowing green abdomens.

Bile Spewers are heavily armored, so your best chance at taking them down is taking aim at their squishy abdomens. Any gun here should do the trick, but one of the best to use in this situation is definitely the Fire-Breaker Shotgun.

Explosives and other high-damage weapons will also work in your favor significantly, so be sure to go into the fight prepared. If you don’t have any high-impact Stratagems at your disposal, be sure that grenades and explosives will do the trick just as well.

Bile Spewers have pretty low mobility, so you can take advantage of this to run around it and shoot it in the back. If you are taking one on head-to-head, however, make sure you watch out when it shoots acid at you.

At higher difficulties, Bile Spewers also turn into mortar-like weapons that spray acid drops everywhere. If you are just finding them, it’s probably best to try and beat them on Medium difficulty before you move on to the more challenging ones.

The last thing to note is that they tend to blow up when you kill them by shooting their squishy abdomen, so make sure you move out of the way when it’s on its last legs.
