Helldivers 2 offers players the opportunity to join thousands of other players and complete missions and challenges together to earn rewards. Among the most significant challenges in the shooter are the Major Orders.

What are Major Orders in Helldivers 2?

The Major Orders in Helldivers 2 are time-limited community challenges that the devs frequently add, where all players contribute to a common objective.

These objectives can involve liberating or defending a planet, activating bioweapons, or defending a strategic point.

All players who participate in these Major Orders and help to complete the overall objective can earn rewards as long as the objective is completed.

Current Helldivers 2 Major Order reward

There is a Major Order in progress in Helldivers 2, in which players are tasked with choosing between liberating Choohe or Penta planets before April 29.

Depending on which planet they choose to save, players will receive different rewards:

If they save Choohe citizens, players will receive the MD-17 Anti-Tank Mines
If they save Penta citizens, players will receive the RL-77 Airbust Rocket Launcher

Regardless of the decision players make, if they manage to complete this Major Order on time, all participants will receive 45 Medals, which they can use to purchase or upgrade their gear.
