How to destroy Symbiote Nests in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
There are 10 Symbiote Nests to destroy in Marvel’s Spiderman 2. The quest will pop out once you destroy your first Symbiote Heart with Peter and Miles during the main mission “Set Things Right.” Only half of them appear at first, with the rest flying straight to your map after you finish the main mission “It’s all connected.”
They won’t be easy to miss, since players will notice enormous pillars of Symbiote Mass flying from back alleys, side streets, and even cultural locations. To destroy each of the Nests, you need to fight waves of Symbiote enemies while the Sonic Burst countdown that Peter or Miles applied goes down to zero.

In this case, the Financial District Symbiote Nests carry two hearts, meaning that you will need to defend two hot spots from the Symbiote enemy waves. When you complete all the Symbiote Nests, players will also net 1200 experience points and four Hero Tokens to further upgrade their abilities for each one destroyed.
