However, to access the game’s multiplayer feature and play with your friends, you need to reach Adventure Rank 16 as this will enable the multiplayer co-op feature. You can then play the game’s multiplayer mode with your friends and others across several platforms as well.

How to turn on crossplay in Genshin Impact

As of now, there is no setting by default to toggle crossplay in Genshin Impact. The game supports crossplay by default, as you can play the game with your friends in Multiplayer mode.

All you need to do is add one another using your UID which can be found at the bottom-right corner of your screen. However, both of you need to be at Adventure Rank 16 to unlock the game’s multiplayer co-op feature.
