Genshin Impact 4.3 leak reveals tons of highly requested QoL changes
HoYoverseGenshin Impact v4.3 is currently scheduled for December 20, and while we have little official information, leaks have outlined some of the major QoL updates arriving with the update.
So far, the only thing officially confirmed for Genshin Impact version 4.3 is Navia and Chevreuse‘s banner. While we have to wait until the Special Program live stream, usually held a week or so before the patch, for more official details, leaks have already given us a brief idea of all that awaits in terms of the QoL updates.
Genshin Impact version 4.2 added plenty of QoL changes, most notably the ability to play weekly bosses without having to complete story quests. It seems HoYoverse will continue to add more improvements for the upcoming Genshin Impact update, and now we have a leaked list of all those changes.
Leak shares all major Genshin Impact QoL changes for version 4.3
The Genshin Impact v4.3 QoL leaks were first shared by Kuroo on X and were later posted on Reddit.
The most noteworthy leaked QoL change among the bunch is the cooldown refresh upon restarting Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact.
Whenever you retry Spiral Abyss, the character cooldown does not refresh, even though everything was meant to reset, making the player wait for the cooldown time to elapse before starting. This was one of the major frustrations expressed by many players playing Spiral Abyss.
Other QoL changes, as translated on X, are:
- Enemy List in the handbook changed (Before showing 1 column of enemies, now there are 3 columns, showing 3 enemies per line)
- Improved dispatch (can now re-send the dispatch automatically)
- Automatic addition in Strongbox
- Revamped level-up feature
- Artifact EXP conversion (auto add +4, +8, +12, +16, +20).
- New item limit when upgrading artifacts: from 6 to 15
- Automatic artifact blocking
- Improved artifact filters
Much of the list matches with previous artifact leaks. Elsewhere, another leak suggested that a new endgame mode or an extension of Spiral Abyss is slated for a version beyond v4.3.
