Dragon’s Dogma 2: Best Warrior weapon for early-game

The best Warrior weapon in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is quite easily the Flamberge, which is a Greatsword that you can acquire quite early after unlocking the Vocation. It has 207 Strength and 252 Knockdown Power among the notable stats and is great for tackling large enemies with Knoll Breaker.

You can purchase the Flamberge at Bakbattahl or Checkpoint Rest Town for 24500 G.

Dragon’s Dogma 2: Best Warrior weapon for mid-game

We recommend shifting to the Gryphic Victory Greatsword in Dragon’s Dogma 2 once you have progressed a bit into the game with your Warrior character. You can also purchase it at Awaran’s Arms in Bakbattahl just like the Flamberge for 36600 G.

This is a great two-handed weapon that you can even use until the end of the game if you want to due to its high 272 Strength and 279 Knockdown Power.

Dragon’s Dogma 2: Best Warrior weapon for end-game

Once you have reached the latter half of Dragon’s Dogma 2, you can shift to Wounded Heart, one of the most powerful Greatswords in the game. Although there are better options, they are only available in the postgame stage.

You can purchase this weapon at the Volcanic Island Armory in Volcanic Island for 48000 G. Despite this weapon not being exactly cheap in Dragon’s Dogma 2, saving up for it could prove to be quite worth it due to his impressive 308 Strength and 317 Knockdown Power.

Best Warrior Weapon Skills in Dragons Dogma 2

Here are the best Warrior Weapon Skills in Dragon’s Dogma 2:

  • Skyward Sunder
  • Rending Sweep
  • Knoll Breaker
  • Goring Lunge

As the Warrior Vocation is all about brutal damage dealt to the enemy, these skills would be the perfect choice to maximize your damage output. Skyward Sunder is a great starting skill to deal heavy damage to a single target, whereas Rending Sweep can be great for clearing multiple enemies from your face.

Knoll Breaker and Goring Lunge will be the next essential skills for heavy damage dealt as the latter can be great for toppling heavy enemies while the former is impeccable in dealing massive thrust damage to your foes.

Best Armor and Rings for Warriors in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Here are the best Armor and Rings for Warriors in Dragon’s Dogma 2:

  • Head Armor: Valorous Helm
  • Body Armor: Grand Cuirass
  • Leg Armor: Brutal Cuisass
  • Cloak: Wayfarer’s Cape
  • Ring 1: Ring of Vehemence
  • Ring 2: Ring of Accrual

Although Armor can be quite important in some cases, we recommend the above set to use in your journey through Gransys. However, do not hesitate to dawn the Armor of your choice as it has little to no effect on the damage of your build.

Best Party for Warrior in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Here’s the best Party build for Warrior in Dragon’s Dogma 2:

  • Mage Vocation: Majorly for healing, buffs, and most importantly celerity for speed during combat as the Warrior has a slow moveset, and might be vulnerable to a lot of hits.
  • Archer Vocation: Highly useful for areal targets and inflicting critical hits on weak spots
  • Fighter Vocation: A rather flexible option but having a strong melee companion with robust defense can take you far in the game.
