Jackbox Party Packs have some of the best go-to games for any social gathering, but which one is the best? Here are all the answers you need.

Jackbox Party Packs have a lot to offer. From trivia games to deceiving your friends and trying to beat them out at drawing, there’s something for everyone when you start up a Pack.

With so many to choose from, though, it can be a little daunting to decide which one to go with when the time comes. So, to help you decide on the best one for you, here are all the best Jackbox Party packs ranked.

What’s the best Jackbox Party Pack?

Each Jackbox Party Pack has strengths and weaknesses, but we recommend Party Pack 3 as the best. For those who want a full breakdown, here’s all the Jackbox Party Packs ranked from best to worst:

  1. Jackbox Party Pack 3
  2. Jackbox Party Pack 2
  3. Jackbox Party Pack 7
  4. Jackbox Party Pack 9
  5. Jackbox Party Pack 6
  6. Jackbox Party Pack 4
  7. Jackbox Party Pack 10
  8. Jackbox Party Pack 5
  9. The Jackbox Party Pack
  10. The Jackbox Party Starter
  11. Jackbox Party Pack 8

After a lot of thought (and laughs), it was clear that Jackbox Party Pack 3 was the best of them all. This doesn’t make the others a bad choice, however, and each Pack brings something special that you, your family, and your friends can enjoy.

11. The Jackbox Party Pack 8

Jackbox Party Pack 8
Jackbox Party Pack 8 ranks last as the one that failed to meet expectations.

While none of the Jackbox Party Packs are unplayable or bad, this one did not live up to the standards that Jackbox Games have released. Drawful Animate and Poll Mine are the closest calls to other modes that have been released in the past, but overall, the Pack doesn’t live up to its predecessors.

The Jackbox Party Pack 8 includes:

TitleDescription
Drawful: AnimateCreate animations and convince your friends that you wrote each title.
The Wheel Of Enormous ProportionsAnswer the most trivia questions correctly to get a chance to spin on a giant wheel of points.
Job JobUse your friends’ words to answer ridiculous questions about work.
The Poll MineGuess the answers to a poll to help your team escape.
Weapons DrawnDraw weapons that conceal your calling card to try and get away with murder.

10. The Jackbox Party Starter

The Jackbox Party Starter includes three of the best game modes the Packs have to offer, and it’s a great option if you’re looking to experience Jackbox games for the first time at a lower price. However, the lower number of games means it can’t really be put much higher on the list.

The Jackbox Party Starter includes:

TitleDescription
Quiplash 3Compete with your friends to answer hilarious prompts.
Tee K.O.Draw shirts, match them with slogans, and vote on the best designs.
Trivia Murder Party 2Answer trivia questions and face deadly minigames when you answer incorrectly.

9. The Jackbox Party Pack

The very first release of Jackbox fails only because most of the Packs that come after it are better. As a first go in this series, it’s undeniably a great look into what was going to come in the following years, and it’s still a fantastic option for a slightly cheaper way to get into Jackbox games.

The Jackbox Party Pack includes:

TitleDescription
You Don’t Know JackAnswer ridiculous trivia questions at a ridiculous rate.
Fibbage XLDoodle prompts and write convincing titles for each drawing.
DrawfulWord association under pressure.
Word SpudFigure out if each prompt is true or false.
Lie SwatterFool your friends with convincing lies while seeking out the truth.

8. Jackbox Party Pack 5

The main reason this Pack is rated lower on the list is due to its lack of new games. You Don’t Know Jack makes a return without much of a difference, and Split the Room won’t bring as many laughs as some of the other game modes in the other Packs. Overall, it’s not a bad buy, but we wouldn’t start our collection with it.

The Jackbox Party Pack 5 includes:

TitleDescription
You Don’t Know JackAnswer ridiculous trivia questions at a ridiculous rate.
Split The RoomAdd details to hypothetical situations and then vote on how to handle them.
Mad Verse CityCreate lyrics for robot rappers to sing for you.
Patently StupidCreate inventions and pitch them to your friends.
Zeeple DomeFling aliens around a chaotic arena to defeat enemies.

7. Jackbox Party Pack 10

Jackbox Party Pack 10 is the latest to be added to the series, and while it’s still loads of fun to play, you may find yourself returning to older Packs. It brings back a fan-favorite mode in Tee K.O 2 and introduces some cool mechanics with music, deception, and trivia, but it didn’t feel super inspired overall.

The Jackbox Party Pack 10 includes:

TitleDescription
Tee K.O. 2Draw shirts, match them with slogans, and vote on the best designs – the second version.
FixyTextCollaboratively writing text messages without a delete button.
HypnotoriousFind the outlier of the group by discussing cryptic clues.
TimejinxTime-traveling trivia.
Dodo Re MiBirds performing a rhythm game to sing songs.

6. Jackbox Party Pack 4

Jackbox Party Pack 4
Jackbox Party Pack 4 offers a nice variety of modes and lets you play with a great amount of people.

Jackbox Party Pack 4 has a ton of variety and also a few modes that let you play with up to 16 people. It’s fun, silly, and everything you could really want from a Jackbox Party Pack. Survive The Internet gives you the opportunity for some wild antics, and Civic Doodle is something similar to Gartic Phone. The reason it’s lower on the list, mostly, is simply because other Packs have some better modes.

The Jackbox Party Pack 4 includes:

TitleDescription
Fibbage 3Create convincing answers to bizarre trivia to trick your friends.
Survive the InternetTwist your friends’ social media posts to embarrass them.
Monster Seeking MonsterSend awkward texts to convince other monsters to date you.
BracketeeringRank answers to silly categories.
Civic DoodleCompete against your friends to have your art included in a mural.

5. Jackbox Party Pack 6

We love a good ‘themed’ game, and Jackbox Party Pack 6 is the ideal purchase for anyone who loves trivia and learning. Trivia Murder Party 2 is one of the best trivia games in the entire series, and Talking Points is a great way to get to know anyone. It’s not as exciting as some of the other Packs, but it remains a solid choice.

The Jackbox Party Pack 6 includes:

TitleDescription
Trivia Murder Party 2Answer trivia questions and face deadly minigames when you answer incorrectly.
Role ModelsAssign ridiculous personality traits to your friends.
Joke BoatWrite witty one-liners for a stand-up competition on a cruise.
DictionariumCreate ridiculous new words and their definitions.
Push The ButtonPerform tasks to figure out who among you are secretly aliens.

4. Jackbox Party Pack 9

As one of the latest releases, Jackbox Party Pack 9 delivered much better than 10 did. It includes a newer edition of Fibbage 4 and a variety of modes that work for people who are comfortable doing some chaotic roleplay and trivia.

The Jackbox Party Pack 9 includes:

TitleDescription
Fibbage 4Create convincing answers to bizarre trivia to trick your friends (again).
QuixortOrganize trivia answers into a timeline under pressure.
JunktopiaGive elaborate backstories to pieces of junk.
NonsensoryUse helpful clues to guide your friends to the correct answer.
RoomerangAnswer prompts to convince everyone you are a fantastic reality star.

3. Jackbox Party Pack 7

Jackbox Party Pack 7
Jackbox Party Pack 7 ranks third as one of the best Packs in the series.

Jackbox Party Pack 7 has a good variety of easy-to-learn games for small and big groups of players. Blather ‘Round is a fantastic brain teaser to get everyone thinking in an interesting way, and Quiplash 3 will never fail to get your friends rolling on the floor from laughter.

The Jackbox Party Pack 7 includes:

TitleDescription
Quiplash 3Compete with your friends to answer hilarious prompts (the third time).
The Devils and the DetailsCollaboratively complete minigames under pressure.
Champ’d UpDoodle champions and vote on who would win in various challenges.
Talking PointsPresent a lecture without knowing what slides will be included beforehand.
Blather ‘RoundGive vague clues to try and get your friends to guess your prompt.

2. Jackbox Party Pack 2

Jackbox Party Pack 2 is really where Jackbox Games found their footing, and it remains one of the best Packs to date. A new and improved Fibbage 2 and Quiplash XL make already-loved games even better, and there’s a reason the second installment in the series has remained a classic.

The Jackbox Party Pack 2 includes:

TitleDescription
Fibbage 2Create convincing answers to bizarre trivia to trick your friends.
EarwaxAnswer silly prompts with even more ridiculous sound effects.
BidiotsDraw art and auction it off to make as much money as possible.
Quiplash XLWrite a hilarious answer to a silly prompt and hope your friends vote for it.
Bomb CorpWork together with your friends to stop bombs from exploding.

1. Jackbox Party Pack 3

The best Jackbox Party Pack is the third one. It has the best game modes in the series, and both new and old players will be able to join the fun. It has true classics like Quiplash 2 and the original iteration of Trivia Murder Party and combined the fan-favorite Tee K.O and a little deception in Guesspionage, you have a recipe for the best pack.

The Jackbox Party Pack 3 includes:

TitleDescription
Quiplash 2Compete with your friends to answer hilarious prompts (the best time).
Trivia Murder PartyAnswer trivia questions and face deadly minigames when you answer incorrectly.
