EA FC 24 is the latest football game by EA Sports in 2023. With its set of new features such as the PlayStyle+, Career Mode tactical visions, and many more, the game is considered to be a major upgrade on its predecessor.

Although the devs have included 19,000+ players in it, several notable names have missed out on getting a spot in the title. However, one of the biggest surprises this year is Sergio Ramos, as the Spanish legend has not been included in EA FC 24.

Why isn’t Sergio Ramos in EA FC 24?

Sergio Ramos is not included in EA FC 24 because he was a free agent for the entirety of the transfer window. Generally, EA FC squads are finalized on deadline day before the game releases shortly after.

Sergio Ramos completed his transfer to Sevilla this year.

As Ramos joined Sevilla as a free agent in early September, the devs were not able to include him as a last-minute addition before its release. Although the Spanish center-back was able to get the move to his boyhood club before the season started taking shape, it was not enough to be included in the game.

Is Sergio Ramos coming to EA FC 24?

It is expected that EA will add Sergio Ramos to EA FC 24 in the winter update after the January transfer window at the end of the month. This is also the time when a lot of the ratings are expected to be refreshed in the game.

However, keep in mind that this is just a speculation for now, and has not been officially confirmed by the devs.

Sergio Ramos has been one of the most successful defenders in footballing history as his accolades include a World Cup, two UEFA EUROs, and four UEFA Champions League titles. So, many players would likely be looking forward to the return of a player of this stature in the game.
