To do a flair pass in EA FC 24, you will have to hold LT and then press A on Xbox, hold L2, and then press X on PlayStation. On classic controls, L2/LT are the buttons you use to Jockey or control your runs in the game.
Performing this correctly will enable you to do a skilled pass to another player, which tends to go through tighter spaces more efficiently as players do not have to turn to decide on a direction. Players with the Flair PlayStyle+ such as Paulo Dybala are great at doing this in EA FC 24 as they have better accuracy than others.
