The Vaults in Diablo 4 Season 3 have been some of the most successful additions to the game, and players have claimed that they will miss them a lot once the season ends.

Diablo 4 Season 3 is in full swing as the devs have been quite active in releasing regular patches for fixing the issues in the title. Although Season of the Construct has been filled with complaints, some players have been fans of the updated Vaults.

When the new Season dropped on January 23, Vaults was one of the most hated additions to the game. However, after a quick update, Blizzard have managed to turn a large portion of the fanbase in favor of the Vaults with some popular changes.

Reddit user ‘SnapJohnKarlstrad’ posted about this in the Diablo 4 subreddit as they said: “I’m gonna miss Vaults when Season 3 is over.” Vaults have been the go-to farming method in Season 3 as people have reduced Nightmare Dungeon runs after the Vaults have been significantly more lucrative.

The OP even posted a side-by-side comparison of a Vault and a Dungeon map in Diablo 4, claiming how straightforward and short the path of the former is. “Definitely one of my favorite parts about the Vaults. I ranked up every glyph to max on Rogue including the blue ones,” added a player.

In the first Season 3 update, the devs reduced the traps and increased enemy density in Vaults which has been the main reason why people are fond of these. Some have even claimed that Vaults needed to be “implemented permanently” in Diablo 4.

“They should keep some vaults as a rare nightmare key and just give you the 20 charges for free since you won’t be able to farm pearls in the future,” added a player as they wanted the devs to keep the Vaults running even in future seasons.

Vaults would likely come to an end once Season 3 is over as it is a seasonal mechanic. However, with enough demand for keeping such a game mode in the title, don’t be surprised to see an alternative way implemented by the devs in future seasons.
