Diablo 4 players call for fan-favorite campaign enemy to join Uber boss list
Reddit: NiklausWirtWith new endgame Uber bosses being some of the biggest challenges in Diablo 4 Season 2, players want one of their favorite campaign bosses to be one of them.
With the Abattoir of Zir (AoZ) running in Diablo 4, players who have reached Level 100 with their Season 2 characters will be trying to get past the various tiers of the event. But those still not qualified enough to challenge the forces of AoZ will be waiting for the Midwinter Blight event to begin.
Blizzard have made sure to provide plenty of endgame content for fans to tackle with these activities and Uber bosses in Season 2. However, players want more as they would like to see one of their favorite campaign enemies added as an Uber boss in upcoming seasons.
Reddit user ‘hellorion’ suggested the devs “add Andariel to the uber boss list” as they were a fan of the campaign fight in Diablo 4. Andariel is regarded as one of the most difficult bosses from D4’s campaign and many players want her back as an Uber version in the game.
Some players believed that the campaign was “the best thing about this game,” and Andariel stood out as one of the most popular bosses in Diablo 4.
Andariel is a Lesser Evil in Diablo 4, one of the strongest entities according to the game’s lore. She was summoned by Lilith and Elias and provided a challenging fight to the players with multiple phases, a flurry of attacks, and a massive health bar.
“I would love to fight her again as an Uber boss I think this could be fun,” said one reply as others added that the fight would be “as fun as Duriel” in Season 2. With Duriel, one of the lesser evils has already been turned into an Uber, so many want Andariel to follow the same path.
Some players were even willing to “bet a ton of money” that Andariel would be added as an Uber boss in Season 3 of Diablo 4. Others felt that “it is only a matter of time” before she is brought back as Uber Andariel in D4.
With Duriel and Varshan already brought back in Season 2, many would be expecting one of the fan-favorite characters, Andariel to be added as an Uber boss in the upcoming seasons of Diablo 4.
