Black Ops 3 beta level cap raised to level 49 – UPDATE
UPDATE – August 23rd: Treyarch has updated the message of the day on the Black Ops 3 beta on PS4 to state that the level cap has been raised to level 49 for the final day of the beta.
Get in on the action before the beta ends; as a reminder, the beta is now open to ALL PlayStation 4 gamers. Players can visit the PlayStation Store to download the beta for free.

Treyarch has stated in the message of the Day on the Black Ops 3 beta on PS4 that the new level cap is 40.
With this new level cap, players are now available to unlock the following items:
- New Specialist: Spectre
- New Assault Rifle: XR-2
- New Scorestreaks: Guardian and Wraith
- New Perk: Ghost
